We encourage and appreciate your suggestions for new features and workflows, however we ask that you be mindful of what is expected of a support request.
As you're all aware, we deliver valuable features and improvements each week, and your suggestions are reviewed and prioritised for implementation. You may see that over time, some of them has been implemented.
But in order to ensure that all your support requests are responded to and resolved within a reasonable timeframe, if your request is not something currently present in the system or needs our immediate attention, we will filter out such requests, put them into our suggestion box and close your request. Rest assured that it is in our best interest to make your work enjoyable, and we will be sure to notify you via our release notes if your request has been implemented!
