Job Ready Release Notes (14/12/2021)

Hi everyone.

We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest development updates.

A summary of what's changed...

  • Job Ready now imports BDF Data for Provider Tags. This includes tags for a client's vaccination status.
  • A notification will appear when sending an Email or SMS outside of Communication Policy hours.
  • You can now filter by Exit Date and Exit Reason on the All Job Seekers Index Page.

BDF Data for Provider Tags

These will not be automatically displayed in your system! Please contact Job Ready Support to set up Subscriptions.

Job Ready is now importing data for Provider Tag subscriptions. The subscriptions for Provider Tags are:

  • Sub427 (DES)
  • Sub428 (jobActive)
  • Sub429 (ParentsNext)

Transition to Work does not have a Provider Tag subscription. These subscriptions and the data we are importing includes Provider Tags for Job Seeker vaccination status.

Additionally, a Provider Tags section has been added to the Job Seeker Show Page to display this data in Job Ready.
