We've made changes to the Support button.
As well as being able to submit Support Requests, the Support button will also allow you to submit Feature Requests and Suggestions, as well as view our User Guides. Continue reading below to find out more!
Our Product Requests are now being handled through Canny! Canny is an ideas management tool for you to post your suggestions, vote on suggestions submitted by others, and view which suggestions we're currently working on in our Roadmap.
All suggestions that were in our Product Suggestions forum on Zendesk have been moved over to Canny, including comments and images. We look forward to seeing even more suggestions from you soon!
Clicking on Knowledge Base will take you straight to our Job Ready User Guides.
Submit a Support Request from here. The functionality of submitting a Support Request hasn't changed, but is now living under a new label to accommodate the ability to initiate a Product Suggestion or open the User Guide from one place.
