We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest development updates.

A summary of what's changed...

  • DES Placements with that meet the Pre-Existing, Own Organisation or Self-Employment criteria will no longer predict 4 week outcomes.
  • NEIS Eligibility now displays on the ESS Data panel, and can be filtered and exported from the All Job Seekers index page.
  • Logic improved around DES Education Claims.

Changes to 4 Week Outcomes for DES Placements

4 week Outcomes will no longer be predicted for DES Placements with the Vacancy Type Pre-Existing or Self-Employment. Additionally, 4 week Claims will not be predicted where the Employer entity type is Own Organisation.

The Claims tooltip for DES Placements has been updated to reflect these changes.

Logic improved around DES Education Claims

We have improved how Job Ready handles the logic behind DES Education Claims. Please bear in mind that these changes will only take affect for newly created claims after this release.

The 13 and 26 week Claim Due dates will now be calculated as follows:

  • 13 week claim due = Semester 1 end date + 1 day
  • 26 week claim due = Semester 2 end date + 1 day
