Activities Stream now shows on the Outcome Claims Show Page

The Activities Stream from the Job Seeker show page is now being made available on the Outcome Claims show page, with activities constrained by claim period dates. The Activities Stream on the page can also be printed.

Ongoing Support Claims show page

Ongoing Support Claims now have show pages! These pages will function similarly to the Outcome Claims show page you're all familiar with. You will be able to access this show page through the following methods:

  • By going to the Claims index page and clicking the view icon next to an Ongoing Support claim;
  • Clicking the view icon next to a claim in the Job Seeker Show Page;
  • Clicking the view icon next to a claim in the CCU Inbox or the CCU Kanban Board.

Admin Settings for Communication Policy and Communication Preferences

Please note that these settings are not yet functional, but are being addressed in this fortnight's release notes as they will be visible in your Admin Settings.

Once functional, the Communication Policy and Communication Preferences settings will allow you to choose preferred communication preferences for both Job Seekers and your organisation, as well as specify days and times of the week that communications can be sent.
