New Merge Field for use in Purchase Order templates

You can now use the <<Created On>> merge field on Purchase Order templates. This merge field will pull data from the Created On field in the Expense Details of an expense.

Inactive Suppliers are now hidden when creating expenses

If you have Suppliers that are either marked as inactive or DO NOT USE, these suppliers will no longer be offered when creating or cloning an expense.

Note: You will not be forced to update any existing expenses with a supplier that is marked as inactive or DO NOT USE if you edit these expenses, but you will be able to see that the suppliers are marked as such and you will be unable to update it to a different supplier with the same tags.

Changes to Group Sessions type on Professional Services Expenses

We have been making some improvements to the way we manage Professional Services in Job Ready - stay tuned for more information!

As part of this we have split out the Session Type Group 2-5 to individual options. This is intended to help track the actual Job Seeker numbers the session has been divided by. Be rest assured, the Employment Fund bulk export is unaffected by this change.

Job Seeker's Age now displays next to their Date of Birth

You asked, and we delivered! A job seeker’s age will now display in the Personal Data panel, right next to their date of birth. You will now be able to tell, from a glance, the age of your job seekers.
