The Options tab in Job Ready will allow you to configure various tasks.
- Placement Target %
This setting allows you to determine your target in the Placement vs Target report.
You can specify a target for each outcome milestone.
- Business Rules Document
This setting allows you to Upload/Remove a Business Rule Document, if you have the feature activated. If you'd like to remove the document, simply check the box and click 'Save'.
- Number of Days the Jobs Board filter searches
This setting allows you to specify the date range of the search that is able to be performed within the Jobs Board.
- Jobseeker Portal Email (invitation subject)
This setting allows you to determine the subject for the emails sent on the initial invitation of a Job Seeker using the Job Seeker Portal app.
- Jobseeker Portal Email (invitation body)
This setting allows you to determine the contents for the emails sent on the initial invitation of a Job Seeker using the Job Seeker Portal app who opted to receive the invitation via Email.
- Jobseeker Portal SMS (invitation body)
This setting allows you to determine the contents for the SMS sent on the initial invitation of a Job Seeker using the Job Seeker Portal app who opted to receive the invitation via SMS.
- Jobseeker Portal Welcome Message
This setting allows you to determine the welcome message that is displayed when a Job Seeker logs in to the Job Seeker Portal app for the first time.
- Jobseeker Portal Terms and Conditions
This setting allows you to determine the terms and conditions that the Job Seeker needs to agree to when logging in to the Job Seeker Portal app for the first time.
After editing any of the items, please do not forget to click Save to ensure your changes take place.
