Edit an expense

Edit details on expense 

An expense record can be edited by selecting the ‘pencil’ icon in the expense record show page.  

 

All the fields that were populated in the expense modal on creation can be updated. The update is finalised by selecting the ‘update expense’ button. All previous data in the expense record will be overridden, and the new approver, if applicable, will be prompted to review the expense via email and dashboard notification.
