How to submit a smart form 

In order to submit a smart form, you will need to have completed the below steps:

  • Create a smart form
  • Configure a smart form in Admin settings

  1. Go to the record you want to submit and store the smart form in.
    It will be a jobseeker or placement record based on what you have configured in the previous step,

  2. Navigate to the toolbar of the record and locate the desired smart form. 
  3. Click on "+" 
  4. Populate all the mandatory fields
  5. Select Submit form

The form will immediately appear in your browser. To download the form, see Download a completed Quest form.

Navigate to the Key Information panel to view additional information based including (if applicable):

  • Total score 
  • Assessment criteria Text based on the score brackets you have configured in Admin settings
  • Flags based on the score brackets you have configured in Admin settings
