What's new in JobReady Live?
The following items were completed on the release:
Add Multiple Attachments
It is now possible to attach multiple files at once.
You may choose multiple files, or simply drag and drop to the attachment page.
One scenario where this may be applicable is if you need to attach multiple forms for a Job Seeker.
Add Resume from the Job Seeker Activity Stream
It is now possible to add resumes from the activity stream. An Add Resume button has been added for your convenience.
New filter on Outcome Tracker index page
It is now possible to filter the Outcome Tracker by the Job Seeker's Case Manager.
New column headers and exportable fields on Claim index page
The following columns have been added for viewing on the All Claims page and for exporting to CSV:
- Job Seeker Name
- Employer Name
Manual creation of Employer records will have ANZSIC Code as a mandatory field
To maintain data integrity, it is now no longer possible to create an Employer from JRLive without an ANZSIC code.
However, Employers created in ESS and downloaded through the daily BDF process will still be stored as is, regardless of the presence of ANZSIC code.
Ability to add multiple ANZSIC Codes to an Employer record
Following the changes above, it is now possible to assign a non-mandatory, secondary ANZSIC code to mark employers that operate across different industries.
Text relocation for Wage Subsidy type Expenses
We display Placement info for Expenses that are of the type Wage Subsidy.
Previously, the Placement info was located down below, we have moved it up to improve the interface visually as Placement details is an important information.
