Job Ready now syncs ESS subscriptions to the programme ParentsNext! 

Your ParentsNext records from ESS will load in job ready daily.
All your Parents records will be available without having to use two independent platforms.

Who is eligible to sync subscriptions

You will need to already have ParentsNext enabled in jobready. Contact your Job Ready contact or Freshdesk Support at support@jobready.io to discuss your options.

How do I sign up?

Syncing ParentsNext subscriptions will require job ready to do some configuration and set up. We'll need you to:

• create a subscription report in ESS
• provide job ready with the name and code that is generated.

   

You will need

• ParentsNext programme enabled in your Job Ready site.
  
• ESP access: Ensure that your user reporting role is 'ESP'.

FAQS

• Is there a limit to how many ParentsNext subscriptions?

No. We can sync to as many as you wish. 

• Will it cost me extra to set up the ParentsNext subscriptions?

No. If you already have PN enabled in job ready, it will be set up at no additional cost. If you don't have PN enabled in jobready, a cost will incur based on your user base, to enable the programme in the system. From there, you can sync the subscriptions cost free and enjoy the full suite of features and data. Contact job ready to discuss your options with one of our sales personnel.
