Goals and Action Plan

In JobReady Live you can create an Action Plan to help you and your Job Seekers stay on track of their goals. Together you can implement as many goals as necessary in to JobReady Live. The Action Plan acts as a reminder for the Job Seekers goals.

To add Goals and an Action Plan follow the steps below.

  1. Search for the relevant Job Seeker and make your way to their record page.
  2. From the index list on the Job Seeker record page select Action Plan.
  3. From here you will see Goals and Action Plan.Screen_Shot_2020-11-06_at_9.54.43_am.pngTo add a Goal Select Edit.
    • In this window you can add all relevant information relating to the goal.
      Goals can be added and edited as necessary  
  4. To add a reminder in the Action Plan section select +.
    1. In this window add the Name of the task, the Due Date for the reminder, Assigned to can be any user in the system. Job Seeker to action, assignee will track refers to if the goal will be managed by the Job Seeker or not. Tags can be added as necessary and any relevant information can be added to the Comments section.Screen_Shot_2020-11-06_at_9.05.33_am.png
    2. Then select Create Action Plan
  5. The reminder will now be visible in the widgets on the users home page.
  6. In the Action Plan Index page you have the option to view All, Current and Completed, Action Plan Reminders.Screen_Shot_2020-11-06_at_9.55.02_am.png
    Along side every action plan there is functionality to mark as Completed.
    and Delete.
  7. To email the action plan to the Job Seeker select Email Action Plan.Screen_Shot_2020-11-06_at_9.16.22_am.png
    Fill all mandatory fields and any additional information required. Then select Create Email.Screen_Shot_2020-11-06_at_9.53.39_am.png
