A summary of what's changed...
- A new Customer Coordinator field has been added for Job Seekers
- You can now filter by Site Managers on the All Claims Index Page
- Job Seekers can now be filtered by Placement Tags
- Reminder Tags now appear on the My Reminders dashboard widget
Customer Coordinator Field for Job Seekers
For any Job Seekers that are co-serviced, we now have the option in the New Job Seeker and Edit Job Seeker modals to add a Customer Coordinator for a Job Seeker. Any active user can be selected from the drop-down menu to assign them as Customer Coordinator.
Customer Coordinator data will appear on the Key Information panel of a Job Seeker record.
New Filters in Job Ready
A new filter has been added to the All Claims Index Page. You can now filter by Site Manager, as shown below.
Additionally, you can now filter by Placement Tags on the All Job Seekers Index Page.
Reminder Tags now appear on the My Reminders widget
Any reminder with a Tag associated will now show the tag assigned on the My Reminders widget on a User's dashboard. Tags will appear on the far-right of the reminder entry.
