I cannot find my Job Seeker/Employer/Vacancy/Placement/Claim. Help!


JobReady.Live operates by syncing data from the Department's web site overnight. In general, our sync process happens every morning and the data will be up to date for one business day prior, e.g. on the 31st of May, we will have data up to date for the 30th of May. If you cannot find certain records, and believe they should be in the system for the aforementioned date, please lodge a query and our friendly staff will be able to assist you in investigating.
