On the initial set up, JobReady.Live sends you an invitation to join the application.
This invite is occasionally reported as lost, due to various reasons, such as:
- Being categorized as spam/junk by your email rules
- Emails from our domain being filtered by your internal mail server
- Connection time outs
- Various other unknown factors
If you get the message "Invite instructions not accepted", here's what you should do:
- Contact your designated JobReady.Live administrator
- If you are an administrator and one of your users are experiencing this, please lodge a support ticket and our friendly staff will assist you
