I cannot log in because the system asks me to accept an invitation.

On the initial set up, JobReady.Live sends you an invitation to join the application.
This invite is occasionally reported as lost, due to various reasons, such as:

  • Being categorized as spam/junk by your email rules
  • Emails from our domain being filtered by your internal mail server
  • Connection time outs
  • Various other unknown factors

If you get the message "Invite instructions not accepted", here's what you should do:

  • Contact your designated JobReady.Live administrator
  • If you are an administrator and one of your users are experiencing this, please lodge a support ticket and our friendly staff will assist you
