JobReady.Live Weekly Release - 29/03/17

What's new in JobReady Live?
The following items were completed on the release:

Show Next PPS Due Date on the Dashboard's Placement Needing Attention widget
The Next PPS Due Date is now appended to your dashboard's widget.
This will allow you to identify when the records need to be actioned.


Ability to filter by Placement Ended At and Placement Ended By
Two new filters has been introduced to find Placement Ended At and Placement Ended By.



While the Placement Ended By is self-explanatory, Placement Ended At is a bit more complex.
You should not confuse Placement Ended At and Placement End Date.

An example to illustrate:

The Placement's End Date is 31/01/2017.

Punniya, the case manager, entered these details in Jobready.Live at 17/03/2017 04:52 PM, which is known as the Placement Ended At.


Ability to use multi-select for Job Seeker ID filter
You can now select multiple Job Seeker IDs to filter for.


This is particularly useful when trying to group together a bunch of Job Seekers with no common factor, for example a group of Job Seekers attending an appointment.

You can also pair it's usage with our Bulk Functionality, such as creating a Note, and another one we introduced this week..

Bulk SMS for Job Seekers
The Bulk SMS feature, similar to Note, allows you to perform an action to multiple records at once.
You can use this if you have SMS enabled in your system. If you don't have one and would like to have it activated, please contact your JobReady.Live administrator.


Update on column display for an Education Placement's PPS
Previously, if the Placement type is Education Placement, we do not display a name.
Now, it will be displayed as Education Placement (Activity ID).
