What's new in JobReady Live?
The following items were completed on the release:
Rearrange of Employer & Supplier display page
We have slightly revamped our Employer/Supplier page to display the most sought after key information.
The following items were changed:
- Removed Day since last contact panel
- Swapped the positions of Key Information panel with Comment panel
Centralisation of Attachment Tags
Previously, you can freely type Tags for Attachments and it would then create a new one, without limitation.
We have now centralised this on a Settings tab in order to facilitate an upcoming feature: Filtering of Attachment by tags.
We have been in contact with some of you over the preparation made for this, so some of you may have had your requested tags set up, but for those who haven't, we have created 3 general tags:
- Medical
- Job Search
- Education
If you wish to create more tags, please contact your JobReady.Live admin user.
Update of Occupation Codes for Vacancy Web Services
For those of you utilising the Vacancy Web Services to create Vacancies in ESS, two new Occupation Codes has been made available by the Department:
- '4411', 'Defence Force Members - Other Ranks'
- '1392', 'Senior Non-Commissioned Defence Force Officers'
Additional column to facilitate upcoming Education/NEIS placements
In the Outcome Tracker, an extra column has been made available: Education.
This is in preparation of the import of Education/NEIS placements.
