Queries functionality now available for Employer records
We are continuing to expand Queries Kanban functionality to other areas of the system. In this release, we have enabled Queries functionality for Employer records. Go to the new Queries tab on the Employer record to create and manage new Queries.
Changes to Professional Services User Creation
To help improve how Job Ready handles EPROF expenses, we have made some changes to the Professional Services Staff creation under Professional Services Settings.
When adding or editing a Professional Service Staff Member in Job Ready, the following information will be required:
- Authority: The authorising body associated with the staff member's qualification, like AHPRA.
- Registration Number: This was previously AHPRA Number in Job Ready.
- Qualification Details: The qualification a PSS Staff Member holds, like a Bachelor of Social Work.
When adding a new Activity for an Internal Program or Allied Health referral, the data from a Professional Services Staff Member's user settings will be automatically populated into the modal.
Job Plan Information now displays for Transition to Work and ParentsNext Job Seeker Records
Under the ESS Data panel on a ParentsNext or Transition to Work Job Seeker record, users will now be able to view a Job Plan Status and Job Plan Date.
