Job Ready Release Notes (20/09/2022)

Hi everyone.

We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest updates.

Key Changes

DES Outcome Fees have been updated for the 2022/23 Financial Year

Job Ready Claims Prediction has been updated in response to the DES Service Grant Agreement for 2022/23. These changes were effective as of July 1, 2022.

EPROF Expense Modal updates for expenses that don't meet the Own Organisation criteria

We have updated a number of fields on the New Expense modal when creating an EPROF Expense. The following fields will now only display when the service is being conducted for Own Organisation:

  • Staff Title
  • Staff First Name
  • Staff Last Name
  • Services Delivered
  • Qualification Details
  • Authority Details
  • Registration Number

Updates to All Program Referrals index page

A number of changes have been made to the All Program Referrals index page to simplify the reporting process.

The following columns have been added to the index page. These columns can also be exported to CSV:

  • Job Seeker Site State (previously Site State)
  • Job Seeker Stream
  • Job Seeker Most Recent Placement Date (will display the start date of the Job Seeker's most recent Placement)

New Filters

The following filters have been added to the index page:

  • Job Seeker Site State (previously Site State)
  • Job Seeker Name
  • Job Seeker Stream

"Type" field updated in New Expense modal

The "Type" field label on the New Expense modal has been changed to Category. Additionally, all dropdown values will display both the category names and the code associated with them.

Updates to Query Types Admin Settings

Over the last couple of releases, we have been rolling out the Queries functionality to other areas of Job Ready, including Placement and Employer records. In this update, we have improved the Query Type Admin Settings to show a new column for Categories, so that Admins can tell from a glance which Query Types will appear on certain record types.

Amount of approvals required for an Expense will now appear at the top of the modal

To increase transparency for Users when raising Expenses, the amount of approvals required for an expense will now appear at the top of the New Expense modal. The below screenshot shows the banner displayed for expenses requiring second level approval.

Users can now filter by Region on the Notes index page

A filter has been added to the Notes index page, allowing users to filter results based on a Job Seeker's region. Please note that the naming convention for this filter may be named slightly different depending on your organisation's specific set-up.
