The following columns have been added to the index page. These columns can also be exported to CSV:

The following filters have been added to the index page:

  • Job Seeker Site State (previously Site State)
  • Job Seeker Name
  • Job Seeker Stream

"Type" field updated in New Expense modal

The "Type" field label on the New Expense modal has been changed to Category. Additionally, all dropdown values will display both the category names and the code associated with them.

Updates to Query Types Admin Settings

Over the last couple of releases, we have been rolling out the Queries functionality to other areas of Job Ready, including Placement and Employer records. In this update, we have improved the Query Type Admin Settings to show a new column for Categories, so that Admins can tell from a glance which Query Types will appear on certain record types.

Amount of approvals required for an Expense will now appear at the top of the modal

To increase transparency for Users when raising Expenses, the amount of approvals required for an expense will now appear at the top of the New Expense modal. The below screenshot shows the banner displayed for expenses requiring second level approval.

Users can now filter by Region on the Notes index page

A filter has been added to the Notes index page, allowing users to filter results based on a Job Seeker's region. Please note that the naming convention for this filter may be named slightly different depending on your organisation's specific set-up.
