Improved
SMS Templates assignable to Programmes [Product Idea!]
SMS Templates, similarly to Note Templates, can now be assigned to Programmes. SMS Templates can be selected when sending an SMS from a record that matches the assigned Programme. Your existing SMS Templates can be configured by going to SMS Templates in Admin Settings.
New merge fields for Purchase Order Templates related to EPROF Expenses
A number of new merge fields are now available to use for Purchase Order Templates with relation to EPROF expenses. Our Help Article on Mergeable Fields for Purchase Order Templates has been updated to reflect these changes. To use these merge fields in your own templates, please contact our Support team.
"Action Type" column added to Action Plan public link page
To help organise tasks in an Action Plan, the "Action Type" column has been added. Action Type tags, like those shown below, can be configured under Reminder Tags in Admin Settings.
Templated Action Plan Goal Archiving changes
When using Templated Action Plans, Goals can now only be deleted if the Action Plan is in Draft or Draft - Manager Approval. This change does not affect non-templated Action Plans.
New filters for Professional Service Activities Index Page
The following filters have been added to the Professional Service Activities Index Page:
- Date of Service (date range)
- Intervention Type (multi-select)
- Expense Claimed Date (date range)
- Job Seeker Site (multi-select)
- Job Seeker Region (multi-select)
- Job Seeker State (multi-select)
ESS Appointment Date on or after next OS Claim due date filter added to All Job Seekers Index Page
A filter for DES Job Seekers on the All Job Seekers Index Page has been added. This filter searches for Job Seekers with an ESS Appointment Date that falls on or after the next OS Claim Due Date.
Appointment Type filter added to All Appointments Index Page
Users can now filter for Appointment Type on the All Appointments Index Page. The filter is a multiple-select dropdown menu.
Activity ID field added for Health Referrals
When creating a new Health Referral for a Job Seeker, a field to enter an Activity ID has been added to the modal underneath the comments section. When viewing referrals for a Job Seeker, the Activity ID will appear in the list.
Professional Service Activities index page now has clickable hyperlinks
The Professional Service Activities index page now has clickable hyperlinks that direct the user to the relevant Job Seeker record.
Fixed
- The outcome type for a claim displays accurately for the 12 week period when updating the first two fortnights. [Workforce Australia and jobActive JEHR]
- Fixed an issue which caused bulk emails sent from Job Ready to appear as blocks of unformatted text.
- A number of stability and security improvements have been added.
- The calendar date selector for Quest Forms has been fixed and now displays when clicked.
- Optimised user activity pages in Job Ready to prevent user activity timeouts.
