Hi everyone.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Improved

We've made some changes to Product Ideas submissions!

Job Ready's users are our most important stakeholders. We greatly appreciate all of the valuable feedback and ideas you've given us since our new Product Ideas board was announced in 2022!

To help us continue to work with you on making Job Ready the best it can be, we've made some minor tweaks to our Product Ideas submission form. As always, follow the link to learn more about Submitting a Job Ready Product Idea!

Multifactor Authentication can now be forced for all Users [Product Idea!]

For anyone wanting to implement Multifactor Authentication at a company-wide level with less manual handling and hassle, we've now made it possible to force Multifactor Authentication for all Users. Our documentation on this feature has been updated to reflect the change, and you can read more about it here.

Improvements to Placement selection from the New Wage Subsidy modal

We have made changes to the New Wage Subsidy modal to make selecting the correct Placement easier. Applicable placement records for a Wage Subsidy Request will now show the Job ID in the title, as shown below.

New Vacancy Type filter added to the CCU Kanban

Users can now filter Claims based on the Vacancy Type of a vacancy related to a claim.

New JSCI Bandwidth Filter on All Claims Index Page

A filter for JSCI Bandwidth has been added to the All Claims Index Page. This filter will allow Users to filter for claims where the Job Seeker has a bandwidth of either Moderate or High, as shown.

Fixed

  • Expenses audit trails will now correctly show which user has initiated an expense export
  • Fixed an issue where the Program Name filter did not correctly filter results where the Program Name contained a comma.
  • Fixed an issue where DES-related columns would appear on the Outcome Tracker when a User had the Transition to Work programme enabled, but not DES, in their User settings.
  • The My Claims Submitted to CCU (Additional Info Required) widget will now correctly display Claims a User has submitted to CCU that have been moved to Additional Info Required.
  • In instances where an Employer has no ABN, and the "cold call - ABN pending" checkbox has been marked on the record, the Account Manager can now be updated via bulk action as expected.
