Pinned Alerts
Bring your highest priority Alerts to the top of the Alerts Dashboard by pinning them!
Edit or create any Alert in Admin Settings and tick the Pin Status checkbox to pin that Alert. Additionally, a Pin Status column has been added to the Alerts Admin Setting to quickly show which Alerts have been pinned.
Save Quest Forms as Draft [Product Idea!]
Quest Forms can now be saved as a draft to complete later. Anyone filling out a Quest Form can click on Save as Draft to continue their work at a later time.
See which forms are in draft at any time by going to the Forms tab on any relevant record.
New API end points to search for Job Seeker by CRN and Phone Number
We have created new API end points to search for records based on CRN and Phone Number when the end point is called.
Emails sent from Job Ready can now display the User's Email Address [Product Idea!]
When sending an email from Job Ready, providers now have the option of displaying the User's email address in outbound emails, rather than a generic email address. To enable this, please reach out to the Job Ready Support Team or to your Customer Success Manager.
Tags can now be added to Interviews
When creating or editing Interviews on a Vacancy record, a Tag can be added to the record. To create Tags for Interview records, go to Tags > Tags in Admin Settings and select Interview under Categories.
KPIs for Employers
In Admin Settings > KPIs, KPIs can be added to Job Ready for use on Employer records to set and track metrics. To set these KPIs against an Employer record, go to the KPIs tab and add any KPI created in Admin Settings and enter a string under Actual to reflect how the Employer is performing against that KPI. Multiple KPIs can be added to an Employer record.
Fixed
- Job Seekers that have been deleted using the Merge Job Seekers method will no longer appear in Global Search.
- When bulk uploading documents to Job Ready, the applicable record based on the QR cover cannot be altered.
