Hi everyone.

We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest updates.

Key Changes


Select which Quest Forms can be saved as draft

We've made changes to Quest Forms so that only Quest Forms that have been marked as "Save as Draft" will have the option available. 

Force Users to select first Claim from CCU Kanban

A new User permission has been added to the Edit User modal in Admin Settings that restricts Users of the CCU Kanban to only select the first Claim in the CCU Inbox column. 

Claim Type filter added to Claims Status Summary Report

A new Claim Type filter has been added to the Claims Status Summary Report. 

Verify ABN Functionality added to Employer record

ABNs can now be verified from the Employer Details panel. Clicking on Verify ABN will crosscheck the ABN entered into the Employer record with ABN Lookup. Employer records with a verified ABN will show a check mark on the record and will display a green check mark next to the ABN on the All Employers index page.

New filters and columns for ESS Appointments index page

Filters and columns for Note Tag and Appointment Format have been added to the ESS Appointments index page. 

Reminder Templates Configuration

We are working on some improvements to our Reminders functionality which will allow grouped Reminders to be created in Admin Settings and applied to a record at once. The ability to create Reminder Templates in Admin Settings is now live. The ability to apply these Reminder Templates to records is coming soon.

  • Fixed an issue preventing emails from being created if the record had a pending Form.
  • Filters on the Queries index page can now be applied by all Users, not just Administrators.
