Improved
Changes to linking of Related Entities
In February we released the ability for Grouped Organisations to include Linked Employers to a Grouped Organisation. This has been updated so that only account managers for specific Grouped Employers, or admin users, can link Related Organisations to those Grouped Employers. This reduces the risk of errors being made in Grouped Employer records.
Ruby Upgrade
We have upgraded to a more modern version of Ruby to ensure optimal security and performance.
Health Notes improvements
Health notes are now numbered on index pages so that, as a professional services staff user, you no longer need to click on the notes icon to see how many notes there are. This is also available as a column during CSV exports.
ABN Verification
Job Ready now automatically verifies ABNs of Employers, and we have extended this capability to other organisation types. When an ABN has been verified it has a green check next to it on the index page and the status of the ABN is stored. If the ABN is changed, the validation mark is removed.
Action Plan changes
Comments are now mandatory on Action Plans to ensure more information is captured by case managers.
Fixed
- Users will no longer be able to edit expense data after an expense has been claimed and reimbursed in ESS.
- We have added filters and fixed discrepancies between reporting and click-through data on the Health Referrals and Sessions report.
- Fixed an issue where the status of a Related Entity would reset from "Yes" to "No".
