Job Ready Release Notes (09/05/2023)

Hi everyone.

We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest updates.

Key Changes

Improved

Security update: Document Scanning [Beta]

We're excited to announce that a beta version of a feature that scans uploaded documents to ensure it matches the relevant Job Seeker record is now available to be turned on in your Staging environment.

When uploading a document to a Job Seeker record, our system will scan the document for:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Job Seeker ID
  • Preferred name

If the Job Seeker ESS ID, full name, or email is found, it will automatically pass verification. However, if none of the above are found, or if only preferred name is found, the system will require the user to verify that the documents that have been uploaded are correct.

This powerful feature will ensure that mistakes are avoided where documents are attached to the wrong record, which can cause data breaches.

Grouped KPIs

To help keep people on the same page and pursuing high-level goals, you can now group KPIs under "Objectives" in Account Management Plans.

For example:

  • Objective: increase diversity
    • KPIs:
      • Mature-age hires
      • Female hires

This will help your team work toward a common goal.

Activity count added to All Program Referrals

Activity count has been added to the CSV export to assist in running reports outside of Job Ready.

Fixed

  • We have made changes to prevent users from accidentally bulk updating large amounts of records, which would drastically slow down Job Ready when performed. This will make the system more robust against user error.
  • Fixed an issue where, in some instances, placements in ESS were coming across as created in error or non-payable. These placements should now be reflecting correctly in Job Ready.
