Job Ready Release Notes (23/05/2023)

Hi everyone.

We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest updates.

Key Changes

Improved

Changes to Employer visibility for Wage Subsidies

In the Wage Histories feature, you can now see the Employer alongside wage histories for clearer demarcation between multiple placements.

New column and filter on Health Appointments

Previously, users were unable to check whether each Health appointment had an Activity created for the same date. We have added a new column ‘Activity’ and a filter ‘Activity same day as booking’ to help quickly verify this.

If ‘Activity same day as booking’ is filtered ‘yes’, it will return results where the Booking and Activity are on the same day. If it is ‘no’, it will return results where they are not. In the column, it will display a tick if the Booking and Activity are on the same day.

Ability to change user flow for Job Seeker Portal

A change to the Job Seeker Portal user flow has been added, which enables providers to make the 'My Documents' page in the Job Seeker Portal the default page, rather than the usual home page. This can help prevent Job Seekers being distracted from upload tasks required of them by the provider.

To turn this on, please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager.

API Endpoint returning JSID

We have released a new endpoint whereby you can return the Job Seeker ID by searching for full name or date of birth.

Fixed

  • We have fixed an issue where user accounts would be linked to incorrect businesses on our Voice of Customer platform.
  • An error that was triggered by linking an organisation with notes on record to a national or regional employer has been resolved.
  • Users will no longer be able to refer Job Seekers to inactive or closed vacancies.
