Improved
Document upload request streamlining via Job Seeker Portal
Case managers can now request documents via the Attachments tab on a Job Seeker record.
The case manager can:
- Click on 'Request Document',
- Select the type of document to request from the Job Seeker,
- Confirm their selection,
- Check the status of the document as either 'Requested' or 'Completed'.
The Job Seeker will then:
- Receive an email asking them to upload the document,
- Log into the Job Seeker Portal, where they will be asked to upload the document via a persistent notification that will remain until the task has completed,
- Receive confirmation in the Portal that they have uploaded the requested document.
'Legal Name' column added to Supplier import
Users can now upload the field 'Legal Name' when importing Suppliers by CSV. This is an optional column which, if not present, will not affect the upload.
Preferred contact method on Create Job Seeker modal
An additional field has been added to the Create Job Seeker modal to allow for preferred contact method to be captured if required. This is an optional field.
Real-time duplicate checks for Job Seeker records
As users fill out the New Job Seeker modal, Job Ready will check existing records for matching fields. The system will check for:
- Customer Reference Number
- Job Seeker ID
- First name, last name, and date of birth in combination
The modal will alert users to possible duplicate records.
Fixed
- An issue preventing merge fields from populating against Files Library documents when the document contained images has been resolved.
- Fixed an issue with Placements dropping off the Outcome Tracker due to an "outcome not-pay reason" when the outcome status is marked as "COMPLETE".
- Fixed an empty dataset error that was occurring in some circumstances on the Placement v Target report.
- The Next Appointment Date filter will now show the correct number of records when "None" is the criteria.
- Fixed an issue preventing users from bulk assigning Ongoing Support Claims in the CCU inbox to a CCU team member.
- Great Plains importer now supports invoice numbers with non-numeric characters.
