We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest updates.

Improved

'Legal Name' filter added to Employers index page

You can now filter by 'Legal Name' on the All Employers index page. 


Expansion of API Endpoint - Goals and Actions

Goals and Actions can now be pushed to the Customer Support Plan on Job Seeker records. If you would like to use this endpoint, we recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss implementation for your business.


Document and signature request invitations disabled for Job Seekers without access to the Job Seeker Portal

To prevent providers from sending document and signature requests to Job Seekers who cannot action them, the feature will now be disabled for participants who either do not have access to the Portal or whose access has been locked.


New Bank Transactions index page filters

To make individual transactions easier to find of the Bank Transactions index page, we have added filters for 'Purchase Order Numbers' and 'Transaction Codes'. 

The Bank Transactions index page is available for providers using our credit card reconciliation feature.


Custom costs on Health Programs

When creating a New Program Referral Type you can create a custom cost by clicking the checkbox, which allows you to set a custom charge per minute. 



Fixed

The following issues have been fixed in this Job Ready update. 

  • Internal server error when uploading Word documents and PDFs to Job Seekers marked as confidential in Workforce Online: Some customers that had enabled the new Document Scanning functionality were experiencing issues when uploading attachments to participants marked as confidential in Workforce Online/ESS. This was reflected in Internal Server Errors being encountered for Word documents and PDFs, while image file formats were unaffected. This issue has now been resolved.
  • Email buttons not triggering New Email modal for some profiles: An issue preventing some Users from composing and sending emails to participants from Job Ready has been fixed.
  • DES Placements falling off the Outcome Tracker unexpectedly: Some customers experienced an issue with DES Placements unexpectedly falling off the Outcome Tracker, causing blockers when progressing claims. This is now fixed.
  • DES Manual Placement Creation feature partially broken for some customers: When creating a manual placement with a Referral ID assigned to an inactive stream participant record, the Placement encountered an error and would not create. This issue should no longer occur, and the placement will now create and link to a participant as expected.
