New
ESS Subscriptions Glossary
A new API endpoint has been released by the ESS API team which can be used to download ESS Subscription Glossaries. As an Administrator, you can find this feature under ESS Subscription Glossaries in Admin Settings. The Glossaries are available in a downloadable ZIP archive, which contains a .docx file with the Glossary details.
This change will help providers stay up-to-date with the latest Glossary information through a more streamlined process. For more information on how this feature works, check out our article on How to Access and Download ESS Subscription Glossaries in Job Ready.
Improved
New email notifications for actioned document requests
Job Ready users will now receive email notifications whenever a participant uploads a requested document via the Portal. This update aims to keep you informed of completed tasks in a timely manner.
'Employers' menu item renamed to 'Organisations'
To better represent the function of the module, the 'Employers' menu item has been renamed to 'Organisations'. The functionality of this section of Job Ready has not changed.
Fixed
- Placements appearing in the incorrect order in the Placements panel on a Job Seeker record: This issue, caused by a recent UI design update, has now been resolved. Placements will now display in the correct order based on Placement Start Date, followed by Outcome Start Date, restoring the chronological order of Placements in this panel.
- Claims tracker not displaying outstanding claims: For some users, the Claims tracker was not showing overdue claims. This bug has now been fixed, and the Claims tracker will now accurately display all claims information, including outstanding claims.
