We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest updates.


Key Changes


New

Automated User Sign-In Activity Report

Overview:
Admin users have new self-service capabilities to generate User Sign-In Activity Reports. This update streamlines the process and offers control to admins.

Key Highlights:

  • Enhanced Control: Admin users can generate User Sign-In Activity Reports without Customer Support intervention.
  • Flexible Reporting: Reports can be generated from Admin (User List) or Users Index (Bulk Action) sections.
  • Direct Download: Download generated CSV reports instantly for swift access.
  • Month Selection: Admin users can choose a specific month from the user interface for the report.

How to Use:

Go to the Users tab in the Admin Settings. 


Email Notifications on Rejected Recommendations

Overview:
This email notification feature enhances communication for Site Managers and Health Service Offices (HSOs). Now, when job coaches reject recommended goals, linked Site Managers and HSOs will receive instant email notifications.

Key Benefits:

  • Timely Updates: Site Managers and HSOs receive immediate email alerts on rejected recommendations, enabling fast response.
  • Informed Decisions: Notifications include essential details for better decision-making.
  • Efficient Collaboration: Strengthened collaboration among stakeholders in the recommendation process.

How It Works:

  1. PSS User approves a health referral and adds an activity.
  2. Recommends a goal on the Customer Support Plan tab; status is pending.
  3. Jobseeker's case manager logs in, views Approve/Reject options.
  4. Rejected recommendation triggers email notifications to linked Site Manager and HSO.



Improved

Enhanced Outcome Tracker Page Filters

Overview:
We've improved filters for the Outcome Tracker page. This update aligns filters with tracked outcomes for a more intuitive experience.

Key Updates:

  • Label Enhancement: Filters now display 'Outcome' instead of 'Support' for accuracy.
  • New Filter: 'Next Claim Due Date' filter has been added for more focused results.

How to Use:

  1. Visit the Outcome Claims page

  2. Experience updated filters and labels.

  3. Utilise the new 'Next Claim Due Date' filter to quickly find desired outcomes.


Improved Action Plan Notes Visibility

Overview:
We've enhanced the visibility of Action Plan Notes across the system. This update ensures these notes are easily accessible, promoting smoother navigation.

Key Updates:

  • Result Page: Action Plan Notes are now visible on the Index page.
  • Filtering: Users can filter Action Plan Notes by type on the Index page.
  • Jobseeker Note Tab: Access Action Plan Notes via the Jobseeker's Notes tab.

Fixed

  • Invalid characters removed from line items description: For some users, Expense PO generation was failing due to invalid characters in line item descriptions. This has been fixed.
