Improved
New toggle feature for DES Alerts Reports
We have added a toggle to DES Alerts Reports to include or exclude exited participants from reports. By default, the toggle will be switched on to maintain the current user experience. This change is expected to provide more accurate data representation based on user preference.
Enhanced Goods Received confirmation email functionality improvements
We've made a number of changes to the Enhanced Goods Received confirmation email functionality.
Configurable email triggers
Admin users can now decide which expenses prompt a confirmation email via a new checkbox when adding or editing an expense payment type.
Email warning
Before sending, a warning notification will display on the invoice details modal.
Improved email design
The Goods Received Confirmation email will now include:
- a company logo for brand recognition; and,
- a primary action button for recipients to click, with an optional link for user convenience.
Mobile optimisation
The confirmation page user experience has been improved for mobile devices.
Display maximum cost of Program Referral
The maximum potential cost for Program Referrals will now display on both the Referrals index page and when creating a Referral, enhancing visibility for business managers.
Automatically filter suggested vacancies by location
As part of our improvements to Job Match Attributes in Job Ready, suggested vacancies on a Job Seeker details page are now automatically filtered based on region, which is inferred by the participant's site. These filters can be deselected to view opportunities outside of the region, and you can navigate to the Jobs Board to view more opportunities.
Suggested Participants restricted to current caseload clients
To ensure that only useful suggestions are made with the improved Job Matching functionality, suggestions will be restricted to current caseload participants only. On the Jobs Board, this is reflected in a default filter.
On a Vacancy page, only commenced participants will be displayed.
Update to completed Smart Form view
We have made some user interface improvements to completed smart forms, making them easier to read.
Improved organisation of User Permissions
To make it easier to find and select User Permissions when setting up and editing users in Admin Settings, the permission flags have been thematically grouped, as shown.
Enhanced text copying for Notes and Smart Forms
To help improve the experience of copying text from Notes and Smart Forms, a Copy button has been added next to relevant text fields.
Fixed
- Incorrect caseload status for some ParentsNext participants: A bug interfering with reporting that relied on Job Seeker Status has been fixed. ParentsNext profiles now display accurately synchronised status information.
