Features
Note Filter (Product Idea!)
The new Note Filter feature, which had been suggested on the Product Ideas board, allows you to quickly and easily filter Jobseeker notes by keywords.
Managing Templates (Product Idea!)
As suggested on the Product Ideas board, Note Templates in the admin section are now sorted alphabetically. This now allows them to be found more easily.

Additional Filters for Claims
We have added two new filters that will allow you to more easily locate the data you are looking for:
- Evidence type: Allows you to filter claims based upon Auto or Payslip verified
- Has permissible break: Allows you to identify claims with a permissible break
Monthly Claim Summary Filter
We have added an additional filter to the Monthly Claim Summary Filter which allows you to filter for Indigenous Jobseekers.
Additional OSA Filter
A filter has been added to highlight where DES Jobseekers' OSA level has changed. Filter name - "OSA recommendation different to OSA Phase."
Fixed
- Support and Outcome Tracking: Fixed a small issue where placements are not automatically archiving.
- SMS Counter Fix: Users can now see the precise number of characters when using Unicode text and now will be aware of the number of messages being sent.
