Job Ready Release Notes (06/12/2023)

Hi everyone.

We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest updates.

Key Changes

New

Global Email Signatures

Users can now quickly and easily set up a global email signature for all users using Merge Fields via the Options menu in Admin Settings. If required, individual signatures can still be set via individual user settings.

The modal below demonstrates the signature set up from the Options menu:

The demonstration signature configured above will display as follows:

Improved

Improved vacancy recommendations

Users will now see all vacancies, regardless of their associated programmes.. The programme type label on the Jobs Board has also been removed.

Configurable columns on index pages

All customers now have access to the configurable columns feature on all Job Ready index pages, allowing users to configure index pages to display the information they find the most useful.

To configure columns, click the Columns button in the top ribbon.

The top box in the Edit Columns modal shows the columns that are currently visible. To remove columns from your view, simply drag them from the top box to the bottom box. To add columns, drag them from the bottom box to the top. The columns visible in your view are ordered from left to right, and can be re-arranged by clicking and dragging.

Wage Subsidy improvements

The following changes have been made to Wage Subsidies in Job Ready:

Multiple users can now proceed with a Wage Subsidy

Previously, only the creator of a Wage Subsidy request could click Proceed on a request once approval had been granted. Now, any user that provided approval for the Wage Subsidy request can also proceed the request.

Create a Wage Subsidy without Employer Contact

Wage Subsidy requests can now be raised even if the Employer record does not have a contact associated to allow for flexibility; however, a Contact must be selected prior to the proceeding stage.

Fixed

  • Some Transition to Work claims were not correctly linking from the BDF service to Job Ready when an Activity ID was used. This issue is now resolved.
