New
Ability to create new roles
As part of our changes to User Roles and Permissions, new user roles can be created in Admin Settings under Users & Roles.
Additional functionality will be released in our upcoming release, including:
- The ability to assign Users to Roles individually and in bulk; and,
- The ability to turn Roles into Admin Roles to allow changing of settings.
Improved
Removal of Finance and Site Manager user roles
As part of our work toward creating configurable user roles, we have depreciated the Finance and Site Manager roles. Any users with these role types previously will now have the User role. You can read more about these changes in our knowledge base article.
Bulk Note via Appointments results
Bulk notes can now be added to more than one page of results, making managing notes on appointments easier. To achieve this, leave the checkboxes on the index page unselected and select Create Note from the Bulk Actions menu.
Fixed
- An issue causing the last login timestamp to display the second-to-last sign-in event has been resolved.
- Previously when updating the date format on an expense invoice, the display date would show in the incorrect format. This issue is now resolved.
- An issue preventing use of Action Plans for Employment Services Providers servicing one programme has been fixed.
