Improved
HTML Notes Formatting enabled for all providers
We previously released an opt-in feature in Job Ready, allowing providers to allow HTML formatting and markup to Notes templates.
To allow users to start using markup and HTML in notes, simply create a new template and select HTML as the template type.
Improved Alert targeting
New, custom defined User Roles will now display when creating and editing Alerts in Admin Settings. Roles will continue to only be displayed to ticked User Roles.
Please note that access will not be automatically assumed if no User Roles are selected. If you want all Users to see a role, select the checkbox highlighted in the screenshot below.
Improved user management for recycled email addresses
To support providers that recycle email addresses, you can now create a new user with a previously used email address, provided the previous user that accessed Job Ready with that email address has been locked.
Changed position of Customer Support Plan (or Action Plan)
The Customer Support Plan (known in some organisations as the Action Plan) has been moved and is now the first tab in the bottom panel of the Job Seeker record.
User Expense Delegation improvements
We have made the following improvements to User Expense Delegation:
- User Interface improvements
- Programmes will always be in the same order as Programme Restrictions
- Applied a fixed footer to the Edit User pop-up.
Added "Managed By" to the Job Seeker API
We've added the Case Manager to the GET /v1/jobseekers API.
Fixed
- To prevent SMS messages of excessive length being sent from Job Ready, we have set the maximum SMS length to 5 messages, or 800 characters. This can be changed in Settings > Options.
- We've fixed an issue where the Alerts page would display 0 results, rather than the correct value, when a user changed a dropdown.
- Fixed an issue that caused issues with formatting on the Recommendations popup on the Jobs Board.
