The Problem
When attempting to action PPS Support, the error 'contact form error' is displayed, and PPS Support cannot be performed.
The Cause
After our latest Production release (06/06/2024), there are reports of duplicate dropdowns within the Support Settings section of the admin settings. This is isolated to the 'Placement types requiring support forms' section. These duplicates default to 'yes'. This mean that if your system does not have a support form configured, you will be unable to action PPS Support.
Work Around
Within the admin settings if you set the duplicate settings to 'no', you will be able to action PPS Support as expected.
The Solution
The team are working on resolving this issue and will be hot-fixing the regression as soon as the solution has passed the necessary Quality Assurance checks.
