The Problem
When attempting to display placements on the Outcome Tracker, the page is failing to load if there is a placement displayed that is missing an Outcome Start Date.
The Cause
After our latest Production release (06/06/2024), the team have identified issue with the Outcome tracker page loading. This only occurs when placements without an Outcome Start date are within records that would have appeared on the Index page.
The Solution
The team are working on resolving this issue and will be hot-fixing the regression as soon as the solution has passed the necessary Quality Assurance checks.
