Job Ready Release Notes (21/06/2024)

Hi everyone.

We are continuously bringing new improvements, security updates and features to Job Ready. We are pleased to present our latest updates.

Key Changes

Improved

Searching by mobile phone number in Job Ready has previously been possible when searching for phone numbers using international format (i.e. replacing the number 0 with +61 for Australian phone numbers). To make the search process easier, we have changed this so that phone numbers can now be searched in local format.

Searchable note templates

You can now search for note templates when creating a new note, rather than scrolling through a drop-down menu.

Single Sign-On redirect

When signing in to Job Ready using Single Sign-On, after clicking a link in a notification email, users will be automatically redirected to the relevant record. Additionally, any legal banners configured will display correctly when signing in with SSO.

Improvements to custom Action Plan

For providers that have chosen custom names for the Action Plan functionality, the labelling throughout the system will be more consistent, including when using filters. We have also made Action Plan URLs shorter, to help reduce the likelihood that a plan will be treated as spam.

Fixed

  • We have fixed an issue with inconsistent behaviour on the 'can bulk update Jobseeker status' permission. This will now always work via the Role permission.
