Improved
Improved Note formatting
You can now add formatting to notes when there is no template selected.
Spell check will also now activate when a template is selected, this also include spell check within emails
Search Email and SMS templates
It’s now possible to search through the email and SMS template dropdowns, making it easier to find specific templates and reduce the need to scroll through long lists
Fixed
- DES outcome fees have been updated
- Control session timeouts
We have reinstated the session duration control so companies can choose the timeout that suits their needs best.
