Key Changes
New
Query Notes have HTML Notes enabled
We have enhanced note-taking by adding HTML formatting for Queries, merge field validation to be improved in future release
Action Plan Link and Copy
Improvements have been made to the Action Plan link and copy button. This will allow for more easy copying and more engagement from Jobseekers with a much shorter URL.
Print Professional Service Notes
You can now print notes related to Professional Services Activities for easier auditing purposes

My Reminder Improvement
My Reminders Widget on the dashboard has had a performance improvement. The Widget will only show reminders with a due date that falls between the last 7 days and anytime into the future. However users can click the link to view all their reminders
Improved Expense API Fields
The following fields have been added to the Expense API Endpoints
1. Site finance code
2. Expense Type GL Account code
Improved bulk actions for email and SMS
When doing a bulk action without marking any records, all records within a applied filter will be included in the bulk action, so there's no need to go through all the pages and mark each one to make sure all records are included. This is applied to both the jobseekers and organisation index page.
Fixed
- Suggested Jobseekers feature via the Jobs Board will be more consistent with a bug fix.
- There's been a bug where PPS settings being changed from the admin settings did not update when saved, this has now been adressed and the settings should now update when saving.
