New
Regional Manager report
We have just released a Regional Manager Report, a report designed to give you deeper insights into outcomes and performance. It provides a overview of key metrics at both regional and site levels.
Key Metrics Included:
• Claimed outcomes
• Placement conversions
• Progress payments close to expiry
• Wage subsidies close to expiry
• Case manager caseload
You’ll also have the ability to filter data by criteria such as date range, programme, case manager, and jobseeker status.
The report is automatically enabled for all users with the admin role in the system. And you can access it under Reports -> Regional manager report. To enable this report for other roles, find the permission "Regional manager report" under Reports in the modal of the respective role.

Fixed
- Phone numbers will be imported into the system without spaces, enabling SMS functionality to work correctly.
- Resolved an issue where users created with the 'Create and Send Invitation' button were not receiving invitation emails. Now, when this button is pressed, the user will be successfully created and invited.
