Why is this important?

When your staff are consulting with a job seeker, they need a way to capture details quickly.

And Quest forms are the most dynamic form available for capturing job seeker information in job ready.

Where-as PDF verification forms work best for capturing placement and wage history data, Quest is best for assessing jobseeker preferences, risk factors, and lifestyle circumstances.

So many features are available to make the experience quick and interactive.
You can mix and match the following features:

  • Radio buttons
  • Comment boxes
  • Merged jobseeker name and ID
  • Dropdown menus
  • Checkboxes
  • Bullet point reports
  • Help text
  • Date fields
  • Emails
  • Electronic signatures

To create your own:

  • Risk assessments
  • Initial assessments
  • Eligibility assessments
  • Ongoing support forms (OGS)
  • Post-placement support forms (PPS)
  • Employer profiles
  • Workplace, health and safety checklists

And more! You are the master of your own form content.
