To improve our feedback process and make sure every voice is heard, we provide a platform for your ideas to be shared and discussed via our Product Ideas Forum.
Our Product Ideas Forum is the home for Job Ready's admin users to submit suggestions, vote on other suggestions, and view our feature roadmap. You can access the board by clicking on the Product Ideas button. This is in the top-right corner of Job Ready for Admin users.
Feel free to Submit a Product Idea, left of your screen is where you'll compose your suggestion for review by your peers and by Job Ready staff.
- Start by selecting a Category from the dropdown menu and adding a title that provides a brief explanation of your idea:
- As you type, some Suggested Posts will start to appear on the right side of your screen. These posts might be like the post you're already entering. In some cases, these suggested posts may look similar, but not quite hit the mark. In this case, feel free to continue writing your post!
- Write the body of your post in the Details section. Please cover these four key elements for a feature request so we can best understand it. These include:
- A simple description of what your suggestion is for
- What problem are you trying to solve with your suggestion? Provide context of how it affects your workday.
- How do you currently solve this problem?
- What benefit it would provide to you, as a Job Ready system user
- A simple description of what your suggestion is for
- In the Business Impact section, describe how it affects your business
- In the Contact section, please indicate if you are open to further discovery sessions with one of our team.
- Please include Images in your post if it helps to illustrate your idea! To do so, click on the Image button in the bottom-left corner of the post window.

- Ready to submit? Click on Submit to get your idea to the board!
You will be taken straight to your post once it's created. You can click on any published suggestion to view a page just like this one!
After your ideas are submitted to the Product Ideas Board, your information will be reviewed and considered for inclusion. We strongly encourage you to comment or vote on other ideas to help us prioritise initiatives.
