Troubleshooting: Caseloads are not appearing as expected

In Job Ready, we use your ESS ID to associate Job Seekers with their case managers. There are a couple of troubleshooting steps that you can try if a User's caseload is not appearing as expected.

Please note that this guide is intended for Admins only. If you are a User that cannot see their caseload as expected, please contact your Administrator in the first instance. Job Ready staff will not edit User profiles on behalf of Admins.



1. Check your User's ESS Identifier in Job Ready and in ESS. Job Ready expects the ESS Identifier in Job Ready to be exactly the same as in ESS. Confirm that the Identifier is correct, and that there are no blank spaces before or after the value in the field. 




You can check your User's ESS Identifier by editing your User's information in Admin Settings.


2. Confirm that the Job Seekers in your User's caseload are assigned correctly in ESS. 


Please note that data from ESS downloads to the Job Ready system overnight, so you may need to wait until the following morning for the caseload to update. 

If you have completed these steps and the caseload is still not appearing as expected the following morning, please contact our Support team.
