Overview
Sub122 comprises of Job Seeker data.
It captures a snapshot of the state of Job Seeker at the date it was made available through ECSN.
Once a Job Seeker is registered through Centrelink, they will be assigned a Job Seeker ID and start appearing in this file.
When a Job Seeker exits, they would be removed entirely from this subscription 28 days after their exit.
We currently separate 2 instances of imports, one with the Current criteria, and the other with the Exited criteria.
For the Current criteria, we do the following:
- Check if record exists; if it doesn't, then create it
- If it exists, check if there has been any changes recorded compared to the previous day's data set
- If there is any change, then update the record
For the Exited criteria, we check whether existing Job Seekers from the Current subscription are in the Exited subscription.
If they are, set their status to Exited.
The display location is separated into the following:
