How to view a Quest form that has been submitted

 Forms panel

In the forms tab you can view all the forms ever submitted from that particular record.  

1. Go to the record the form was submitted in
2. Click on the Forms tab
3. Select the eye button adjacent to the submission event.

The form with all the submitted answers will appear. 

Quest 

In Quest, you can access a log of all the submissions ever completed for a form.  

1. Navigate to the Quest site by entering the URL in your browser
2. Click on the desired form
3. Click on Submissions
4. Navigate to the submission event
5. Click on the eye button under the Actions column  

The form with all the submitted answers will appear.
