This article will outline how to Lock and Unlock a user in Job Ready. This functionality is restricted to Administrators only.
Please note: If you are a user who has been locked out of Job Ready, please contact your Administrator. Job Ready staff will not edit User accounts on behalf of Administrators.
- On your dashboard select the Admin icon, then select Users on the left hand side.
- In the Users window search for the desired user.
- On the right hand side of the desired user, click on the ... button, then select Lock User.
- Unlocking a User is almost the same workflow. Follow Steps 1 to 3, click on the ... button, then select Unlock User.
