How to Lock and Unlock a User

This article will outline how to Lock and Unlock a user in Job Ready. This functionality is restricted to Administrators only.

Please note: If you are a user who has been locked out of Job Ready, please contact your Administrator. Job Ready staff will not edit User accounts on behalf of Administrators.


  1. On your dashboard select the Admin icon, then select Users on the left hand side.admintousers.png

  2. In the Users window search for the desired user.Screenshot_2021-08-12_085619__1_.png

  3. On the right hand side of the desired user, click on the ... button, then select Lock User.

  4. Unlocking a User is almost the same workflow. Follow Steps 1 to 3, click on the ... button, then select Unlock User.
