This article will give you an outline as to why a Placement may not be seen on your Outcome Tracker in Job Ready.
There are three reasons why you may not see a placement on your Outcome Tracker in Job Ready.
- All Outcome Claims Resolved
- Outcome Non Pay Reason
- Mark as DO NOT Track
- To figure out why a claim is not showing on the Support or Outcome Tracker select the 'Placement' tab, then 'All Placements'.
- Please add the filter Why Placement is NOT on Outcome tracker. Do this by selecting '+ Add Filter'
- Select one of the below options.
All outcome claims resolved then select Apply
A list of your claims will appear.
Select the claim you are investigating. On the right hand side of the claim select View
On the top right hand side of the selected Placements Page you will see the below.
To view the reason there is an X (X symbolising placement not on the Outcome Tracker) on the Outcome Tracker hover your mouse over the X.
If you believe this placement should be tracking on the outcome tracker please select the Claims tab.
Here you can view all the claims associated with the placement and its history.
If the claim has been marked as Non Payable and you believe this should be reversed select 'Undo Non Payable' under the Actions column.
Note: Should you not have permission to perform this action please contact your administrator and ask them to update your usability to include Can mark claim as non payable.
This window will appear. Please fill out all fields marked with an asterix and select 'Update Claim'.
This claim will now be tracked on the Outcome Tracker.
To check please view the placement and the top right hand side will reflect this.
Note: This action can be reversed by selecting 'Mark as Non Payable' in the claims tab.
Outcome Non Pay Reason then select Apply
The Placements list will update. Select 'View' on the placement you wish to investigate
To view the reason there is an X (X symbolising placement not on the Outcome Tracker) on the Outcome Tracker hover your mouse over the X.
In the placement window you will be able to see the reason why the claim is not visible on the outcome tracker. This is information that has been downloaded from ESS subscription. Should there be a reason to query this information you will need to view this in ESS.
Note: In your view you will see relevant information provided by ESS
For DES placements the reasons for the claim not not available on the outcome tracker will be displayed in the W13 Outcome Non Payable Reason and W26 Outcome Non Payable Reason. Again this is information downloaded from ESS subscription. Should there be a reason to query this information you will need to view this in ESS.
Mark As Do Not Track
This feature refers to those placements which are duplicated in Job Ready meaning that they will not feature on the Outcome Tracker. This is perhaps due to a Vacancy may be the same as another, however, the second Vacancy may be labeled as Education. ESS downloads to Job Ready and may download two placements for the same vacancy. We have ensured that only one will feature on the Outcome Tracker by black listing one of the two automatically.
Should there be a reason to change this and have this placement visible on the Outcome Tracker please advise the Administrator and follow the below steps.
Select Placement then All Placements
Please add the filter 'Why Placement is NOT on Outcome tracker'. Do this by selecting '+ Add Filter'
Then Select Apply
From here select the placement you wish to change. The select 'Bulk Actions' then 'Update Outcome Tracking Behaviour'.
Note: Should the Administrator not have access to this please contact us.
In the Update Outcome Tracking Behaviour window select Default. The system will assess if there is any reason this placement should be seen on the Outcome Tracker and if there are any claims associated with this.
Then Select 'Update Tracking Behaviour'
To view this action go to the Placement page. Here you will see the Placement has been updated.
Note: This action can be revered by following the same steps.
