Letter Heads can be customised and uploaded to Job Ready . Your letter head will house your organisations logo where ever you deem appropriate in a Word document. Traditionally Letter Heads show the logo in the top left or top right hand corners of the page. When creating a Letter Head in Word please be mindful of the page margins as they will be effect the overall look of the finished letter (these can be altered as needed in Word).
- When you have created your Letter Head in word or similar select Letter Head from the administration index list.
- Then select add +
- In the Add Letter Head window allocate a name for the document.
To upload your Letter Head select Choose File and the appropriate document.Select Save Letter Head - Your letter head will now be available to view from the Letter Head list. To view your letter head select the File hyperlink.
- Then select add +
- Now that the Letter Head has been successfully uploaded you can use this document from any Job Seeker or Employer profile. Select Letters from the index list.
- Then select add +
- In the New Letter window fill out all relevant fields and select the appropriate Letter Head from the drop down list. Here you can alter the margins as needed and utilise previously designed letter templates.
- When the letter is complete select Save Letter.
- Your letter will now be available to view from the Letters list. To view your finished letter select the Download.
