Selecting Custom Columns

Here are the steps to edit the Columns section in Job Ready . The interface can be altered to suit the user’s preferences by ordering or removing columns.

1. Click on the Columns.

2. A window will appear called Edit Columns.

3. You can rearrange the columns by holding right click and dragging the columns to your desire order. Columns can also be removed when dragged into the box below.

4. When columns are set, click on Save Changes to confirm the column order.

5. There is a Restore Defaults option is given if you would like to reset the column options.

6. Please note, changing the columns will also carry across to any export from the index. Therefore if you wish to export all available fields you will need to ensure all columns have been selected.
